Be a woman who is a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected/refugee status or an international student; be admitted as a full-time student in an undergraduate program at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa; have a minimum admission average of 80%; and provide documented proof of Indigenous identity, in accordance with the requirements of the University of Ottawa Eligibility for Focused Admissions, Scholarships, and Bursaries for First Nations, Inuit, and Mأ©tis People administrative procedure OR Self-identify as a member of a racialized community as per the Government of Canada definition. The members of the racialized community are defined as “persons, other than Aboriginal peoples, who are non-Caucasian in race or non-white in colour.â€‌ The racialized community population consists mainly of the following groups: South Asian, Chinese, Black, Filipino, Latin American, Arab, Southeast Asian, West Asian, Korean and Japanese.
